RECRUITMENT  DEMANDS

Changshu  Institute of Technology attaches great importance to, and actively conducts  academic exchanges and cooperation on research and development with  foreign institutions. We  welcome innovative foreign professionals and experts for teaching and scientific  research. We have also been running double-degree programs with several foreign  universities and are in need of foreign language teachers. Relevant  notices  are  as follows:

QUALIFICATIONS

a.  Observe the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China; respect  Chinese nation's customs; have no legal disputes or criminal records in home  country.

b.  Good health, favorable personal qualities, realistic and rigorous science  attitude, healthy mentality and team spirit.

c.  Foreign experts should have a doctoral degree or a senior title of certain  research area. Foreign professional teachers should have a master degree or  above and meet the relevant professional requirements and research orientation;  applicants who hold an assistant professorship or equivalent positions in  internationally renowned universities or research institutions are preferred.  Foreign language teachers should have a bachelor's degree or above, two-year  relevant language teaching experience or acquire the TESOL/TEFL  certificate.

REMUNERATION  PACKAGE

a.  Those engaged will have an annual salary accordingly (holidays  included).

b.  Medical insurance for appointees are provided.

c.  On-campus apartment will be provided free of rent. (Charges for water and  electricity are partly subsidized.)

d.  Travel expenses will be reimbursed once each year.
